Job Summary:
Beyonder Camp - Sterett Creek in Missouri is seeking friendly, organized, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Front Desk Staff. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and lasting impression. You will be responsible for managing guest check-ins and check-outs, handling reservations, providing information about the campground and local area, processing payments, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Greet all guests warmly and courteously upon arrival, providing a welcoming first impression.

Check-In/Check-Out: Efficiently and accurately manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring all necessary information is collected and provided.

Reservations: Handle new reservations, modifications, and cancellations via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy.

Information Provider: Serve as a knowledgeable resource for guests, providing accurate information about campground amenities, rules, local attractions, directions, and services.

Payment Processing: Accurately process guest payments for reservations, camping fees, store purchases, and other services using our point-of-sale (POS) system.

Guest Inquiries and Concerns: Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, striving to find effective solutions and ensuring guest satisfaction. Escalate complex issues to management as needed.

Camp Store Assistance: Assist with basic operations of the camp store, including processing sales, answering questions about merchandise, and light stocking duties (if applicable).

Qualifications:
