Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate injection molding machines according to production schedules and specifications.
- Load raw materials (plastic resins) into machines and monitor the molding process.
- Inspect finished parts for defects, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting, including mold changes and material adjustments.
- Clean and maintain molds, machines, and work areas to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Requirement Qualifications:
- Must be able to stand for 8 hour periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Experience operating injection molding machines is strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
Salary & Schedule:
- $18.00-19.00
- Schedule: Monday- Friday
- A shift 6:45- 3:15pm
- B shift 2:45pm- 11:15pm
- C shift 10:45pm-7:15am
