Private Duty Nursing
Description
Responsibilities
- Perform in-home assessments and ongoing health monitoring
- Deliver skilled nursing procedures: wound care, IV therapy, catheter care, injections, G/J tube care, tracheostomy and ventilator management
- Provide life-sustaining interventions for high-risk patients (e.g., ventilator-dependent)
- Document care using Therap (EHR system) and follow established care plans
- Collaborate with families, case managers, and providers for coordinated care
- Offer patient/family education on self-care, medication management, and recovery

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of North Dakota
- CPR certification (required)
- Recent TB test or screening
- Prior home care or private duty nursing experience (preferred)

- Strong communication and documentation skills

$34 - $38 per hour
