LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care in client homes
• Assist with medication administration, wound care, G/J tube feeds, catheter care, and daily nursing tasks
• Monitor vital signs and patient conditions
• Report changes in condition to RN and care team
• Support clients and families in maintaining independence at home
• Maintain clear, timely documentation in Therap system

Requirements

• Current North Dakota LPN license
• CPR certification
• TB screening or documentation
• Previous home care or facility experience (preferred)
• Dependable and compassionate with strong attention to detail
