Description
Responsibilities – Complex DSP
- Support clients with advanced medical conditions (e.g., spinal cord injury, neuromuscular conditions)
- Provide care related to:
- G/J Tube feeds
- Tracheostomy care
- Ventilator management (with RN supervision)
- Collaborate with the nursing team for care planning and emergencies
- Follow detailed care plans and safety protocols
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNA (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Experience with home care or supporting individuals with disabilities (preferred)
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Willingness to learn complex care tasks (training provided)
- CPR Certificate
