• Thoroughly clean and maintain guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure a pristine environment.
• Perform floor care duties such as mopping, sweeping, and polishing to keep all flooring immaculate.
• Restock amenities and supplies in guest rooms and public areas to enhance guest satisfaction.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is used safely and maintained properly for optimal performance.
• Follow established health and safety protocols to uphold hygiene standards and prevent accidents.
• Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects, including carpet shampooing, window washing, and industrial cleaning tasks when needed.

• Proven experience in hotel housekeeping or janitorial work, with knowledge of hospitality industry standards.
• Strong skills in cleaning techniques, floor care, and custodial maintenance.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Good physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts.
• Familiarity with industrial cleaning practices and custodial management is a plus.
