We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Guest Service Agent to join our team. Duties
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing them with information about hotel services and amenities.
- Handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Operate multi-line phone systems to answer calls, direct inquiries, and take reservations.
- Conduct night audits as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest services and satisfaction.
- Promote hotel services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
We are currently looking for 1 full time front desk rep. The hours we are looking to fill would be 5 shifts/week from 10pm-6am.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hotel or a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to a diverse clientele.
- Familiarity with front desk operations and night audit procedures is an advantage.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective interaction with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
