We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team in providing exceptional customer service in a hotel environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services
- Assist guests with reservations and bookings
- Manage phone systems and direct calls to the appropriate department
- Process payments and maintain guest accounts
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping to ensure rooms are ready for check-in
- Perform night audit duties as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel management is preferred
- Bilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages commonly spoken by hotel guests
- Familiarity with front desk operations, night audit procedures, and guest relations
- Knowledge of guest services in a hotel or resort setting
- Proficiency in using phone systems to handle incoming calls effectively
