About the Role
Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled Adult Therapist to support adult caregivers through individual, family, and group therapeutic services across office, telehealth, home, and community settings. What You'll Do
Direct Client Services
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy in office, community, telehealth, and home settings.
- Complete comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Monitor client progress, support crisis stabilization, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Integrate cultural awareness into all therapeutic work.
Administration
- Complete all required documentation, including DAFs, service tickets, notes, outcomes assessments, service plans, and discharge summaries.
- Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly productivity expectations.
Collaboration
- Work closely with internal and external partners to support clients and families.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of community resources and human services systems.
- Participate in agency meetings and committees.
Professional Growth & Quality Assurance
- Deliver evidence-based interventions.
- Attend trainings, seminars, or conferences to maintain licensure and continue clinical development.
Other Responsibilities
- Meet productivity benchmarks and complete additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
- At least one year of clinical experience working with children and families.
- Active licensure: LSW, LPC, MFT, PCC, LMFT, LISW (LISW, PCC, or IMFT preferred).
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting at $50,000/year and goes up depending on experience

Work Environment: Exposed to office, community, and home environments. Exposed to adults with mental health diagnoses and associated children. May be exposed to shouting and clients who may be verbally and physically aggressive.
