- Flexible scheduling for many roles
- Provide diagnostic assessments and individual counseling/psychotherapy services to a diverse caseload of clients with mental health and/or co-occurring disorders of mental health and substance abuse. Clinical work will ocur in agency facility and community settings.
- Provide community-based outreach, assessment, and treatment to clients participating in specialized programs. Clients participating in specialized programs inclulde older adults and high-acuity cases.
- Submit necessary documentation in a timely manner; meet service delivery targets.
- Follow up on treatment plans with clients and make appropriate referrals when necessary.
- Participate in training to strengthen effective delivery of services to individuals, families and groups and maintain licensure.
- Attend divisoin and therapist meetings.
- Participate in peer review and submit reviews in a timely manner.
- Participate in division and/or agency team, committees, task force or projects as designated.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
- Be knowedgeable of and follow division and agency policies and procedures.
- Follow code of ethics appropriate for licensure and/or certification.
- Assume other duties as assigned.
- Ohio license in social work or counseling. Independent license is preferred.
- Good organization and time management skills.
- Strong collaboration skills.
- Adaptability
- Foundational competency in working with older adults, high-acuity cases, and diverse populations.
- Dependent Ohio license in either social work or counseling.
- Preferred - Independent Ohio license in either social work or counseling.
