Job Summary:
Bertrand Chaffee Hospital is seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiologic Technologist to join our Imaging Team in Springville, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting patients during routine and special examinations, operating imaging equipment, and developing film and printing CDs. Responsibilities:
- Prepares and assists patients during routine and specific examinations
- Operates imaging equipment, including C-Arm machines and portable x-ray machines
- Develops film when necessary and prints CDs
- Assists radiologists during fluoroscopic examinations and special procedures
- Verifies scripts from ordering physicians and ensures accurate billing of procedures
- Responsible for updating patient data and completing necessary documents
- Current and maintained registration in New York State for Radiologic Technology
- AAS Radiological Technology or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Must be available for evening and overnight shifts, in addition to days.
- Competitive hourly rate: $29.38 - $35.01 based on experience. Weekend and Holiday rotations are required.
