As a vital member of our medical staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in our Med/Surg department. Responsibilities:
- Full Time positions available.
- Overnight 11:00PM - 7:00AM. 12 hour shifts.
- Provide patient-centered care to assigned patients, incorporating individualized plans of care and evidence-based practice
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to healthcare providers
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and hospital performance
- AAS In Nursing required, BSN preferred.
- One (1) year of experience as a Registered Nurse (RN) in a Med/Surg setting preferred
- Current registration with the New York State Board of Nursing
- BLS and ACLS current certification required
- Competitive wage of $43.15- $51.00 based on years of experience.
