BEPC is actively looking for Talent Acquisition Partner, in Marlborough, MA area!

W2 Contract – 6 months with possible extensions!

Pay Rate: $60.00 - $70.00/hour - Determined based on experience (Paid Weekly)

Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite per week

Summary of the Role:

BEPC is seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Partner to join our client’s site in Marlborough, MA. This role will support the attraction, engagement, assessment, and selection of top talent aligned with the organization's strategic goals, delivering a first-class experience for hiring managers and candidates.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will manage full-cycle recruitment activities, develop proactive sourcing strategies, engage passive candidates, and collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR partners, and Talent Acquisition teams. The ideal candidate brings strong corporate recruiting experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a consultative, metrics-driven approach to talent acquisition.

This position will focus on recruiting professional-level and corporate positions, with Finance recruiting experience being highly desirable.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including recruitment planning, talent attraction, sourcing, assessment, interview coordination, selection, and offer management.
• Develop and execute proactive and reactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and engage top talent.
• Build talent pipelines and engage passive candidates through various sourcing methods, tools, and platforms.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent requirements, business priorities, and recruitment strategies.
• Serve as a trusted, consultative partner to stakeholders, providing guidance on recruitment strategies, interviewing, assessment, and selection best practices.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Candidate Experience teams to ensure effective recruitment processes and handoffs.
• Conduct interviews and candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, strengths, and alignment with business needs.
• Coordinate and manage third-party assessments, including scheduling and debriefing, when required.
• Maintain strong knowledge of business operations, organizational structure, and talent requirements.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, analyze performance data, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment systems and processes to maintain accurate, meaningful data.
• Build and manage vendor relationships to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Coach and guide hiring teams and stakeholders on effective recruitment and selection practices.
• Align recruitment strategies and hiring decisions with organizational objectives and business outcomes.
• Promote the organization's purpose, career opportunities, and employee value proposition to prospective candidates.

Main Qualifications: 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
• Solid Talent Acquisition experience, preferably in a corporate recruiting environment.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong sourcing, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement capabilities.
• Experience recruiting professional-level positions.
• Proven stakeholder management experience, including partnering with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment experience.
• Ability to develop and execute effective sourcing and talent attraction strategies.
• Consultative approach to recruitment, with the ability to influence and advise hiring managers.
• Strong communication skills, both in person and virtually.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment activities while remaining resourceful, responsive, and organized.
• Knowledge of recruitment systems, processes, compliance, and performance metrics.
• Data-driven and process-oriented approach to recruitment.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of how hiring strategies support business outcomes.
• Collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the confidence to challenge and recommend improvements.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and coordinate external recruitment assessments.

Preferred Qualifications: 

• Finance recruiting experience is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting professional and corporate business functions, particularly Finance.
• Background as a corporate recruiter with full-cycle recruiting ownership.
• Strong experience sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
• Experience working with recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and performance.
• Experience partnering with cross-functional Talent Acquisition, HR, and hiring manager teams.
