Position Title: Talent Acquisition Partner

Work Location: Marlborough, MA, USA 01752

Assignment Duration: 6 Months with potential extension

Work Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week. No anticipated overtime.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid – Minimum of two days per week onsite (2-3 days per week required)

Position Summary:

Our Talent Acquisition Partners are tasked with the attraction, engagement, and selection of the best talent, aligned with our strategic goals. Through a performance-driven approach, our Talent acquisition Partner will provide a first-class experience for our hiring community and our candidate market.

Background & Context:

They will understand and be able to articulate our requirement for talent, acting as a positive disruptor to acquire the best talent for our current and future business. They will foster a talent-first approach in the engagement of the best talent through proactive and reactive avenues, guaranteeing adapted approaches to reflect the diverse community in which we recruit.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full lifecycle management of all global recruitment, including recruitment planning, talent attraction, assessment, coordination and offer management.

• Full collaboration and handoff with other areas of the business including HRBP’s and Candidate Experience for optimum candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Understands the importance of system compliance to generate meaningful data. Ensuring continual review and where needed adjustment for high-level performance.

• A confident and proficient coach, developing their team and the wider community.

• Can source, promote/sell, select using a wide variety of methods and platforms – keeps knowledge current.

• Numerate and curious about the data and metrics that underpin performance and drive positive change.

• Has a real-time pulse of the needs of the business and is consistently viewed as resourceful, consultative, and responsive by their stakeholders and team.

• A trusted partner who challenges and advocates to educate their business to adopt recruitment strategies and selection best practices.

• Management of third-party assessments where required – coordination and debriefing.

• Strong communication skills live and virtually.

• Able to manage and develop vendor relationships to source top talent into the organisation.

Qualification & Experience:

• Knows our organization’s business and structure and operates with enterprise intent.

• Knowledgeable about Talent Attraction/Acquisition on a multi-dimensional basis – as a candidate, a recruiter and a hiring manager.

• Solid Talent Acquisition experience.

• Strong sourcing/headhunting capability.

• Stakeholder management experience.

• Interviewing and assessment experience.

• Experience recruiting professional-level positions.

• Finance recruiting experience preferred and highly desirable.

• Corporate recruiter with end-to-end recruiting ownership.

• Strong sourcing and passive candidate engagement experience.

• Consultative partner to hiring managers.

• Experience supporting professional and corporate functions, especially Finance.

• Metrics-driven and process-oriented approach to recruiting.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands (If Applicable):

• No travel required.

• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite presence required 2-3 days per week.
