Job Title: Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Casa Grande, AZ 85193
Pay Rate: $19.62–$21.62 per hour
Employment Type: Full-Time | Contract
Schedule: 5:00 AM–2:00 PM
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Contract Duration: November 30, 2026 – November 2, 2027
Overtime: Time and a half for hours worked over 40 per week

Role Overview

BEPC is hiring a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to support our client's operations in Casa Grande, AZ!

If you enjoy working with your hands, diagnosing mechanical issues, and keeping industrial equipment running efficiently, this is an excellent opportunity to put your technical skills to work.

We're looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined professional with formal apprenticeship training or equivalent hands-on maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair machinery and mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform necessary adjustments to restore equipment functionality.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery as needed to complete repairs.
• Identify worn, damaged, or malfunctioning mechanical components.
• Perform maintenance activities to keep equipment in good working condition.
• Help minimize equipment downtime through timely troubleshooting and repairs.
• Follow established maintenance procedures and workplace safety requirements.

Qualifications

Required:

• Formal mechanical maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent training and hands-on experience.
• Experience maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing machinery or mechanical equipment.
• Ability to identify mechanical problems and perform necessary repairs or adjustments.
• Ability to safely disassemble, inspect, and reassemble mechanical equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow maintenance and safety procedures.
