Key Responsibilities
- Support month-end close activities, including preparing and posting journal entries
- Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances across key accounts
- Partner with operational teams to review financial performance and provide insights
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and ongoing financial analysis
- Support audit processes and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, and internal controls
- Participate in integration efforts related to business growth and acquisitions
- Assist with tax-related support and general compliance activities
- Take ownership of assigned reporting areas and deliver accurate, timely results
Requirements:
- Accounting Degree
- True full-cycle senior accountant experience.
- Percentage of Completion (POC) Accounting, Strongly preferred
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data cleansing.
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
