Key Responsibilities
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models to evaluate performance, pricing, and new opportunities
- Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, variances, and key drivers
- Prepare reports and dashboards to support leadership decision-making
- Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance and cost efficiency
- Track key performance metrics and translate them into actionable business insights
- Assist with month-end close and ongoing financial reporting activities
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business planning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or a related function
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work with large data sets and translate findings into clear insights
- Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with non-finance teams
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a data-heavy or operationally driven environment
- Exposure to industries such as transportation, logistics, or similar
