About the work:
- We are currently hiring for our 1st shift (Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).
- Lead daily shipping/receiving operations and assign tasks to team members.
- Schedule and prepare LTL, UPS, FedEx, and international shipments.
- Verify shipping paperwork (BOLs, packing lists, commercial invoices).
- Operate forklifts for pallet handling and truck loading/unloading.
- Build and prep pallets/crates for domestic and international transit.
- Use shipping software: UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.
- Ensure compliance with safety and packaging standards.
- Track incoming shipments and inspect deliveries.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping area.

Requirements:
- 3 years of shipping/receiving experience; prior team lead or supervisory experience, preferred.
- Forklift certified, or willing to become certified.
- Proficient with shipping software and general computer use.
- Strong understanding of LTL freight and documentation.
- Basic crate and pallet building skills.
- Must be reliable, organized, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Legally eligible for employment in this country.
Benefits:

- Starting wage from $24.00-$28.00/hour.
