Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will focus primarily on building maintenance, including preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and ensuring a safe, clean, and functional environment for occupants and visitors. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and experienced in general building systems such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, general facility upkeep, and equipment maintenance as part of a general maintenance technician role.
This role is on 1st shift: Monday through Friday, 6:30AM to 3:00PM.

What You'll Do:
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and repair minor issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, lighting, doors, locks, and fixtures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment throughout all projects and daily operations.
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of building systems and equipment.
- Maintain interior and exterior appearance of facilities.
- Assist with painting, drywall repair, flooring repairs, and general carpentry.
- Monitor and maintain safety standards throughout the property.
- Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors as needed.
- Maintain maintenance logs, inventory, and related documentation.
- Ensure tools, equipment, and maintenance areas remain organized and safe.

What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent, required.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- 2 years of building or facility maintenance experience, preferred.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
- Basic understanding of carpentry, drywall, painting, and flooring repair..
- General knowledge of building safety procedures and OSHA guidelines.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment safely.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, manuals, and flooring basic blueprints.
