Job Summary
The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on all facility systems and production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations. This role has the opportunity for a flexible Monday through Thursday (4x10) shift schedule.. The ideal shift has some overlap with our day shift to ensure a smooth transition of tasks and projects - some options include: Monday through Thursday 12:30-11:00PM; 10:30PM-9:00AM; etc. Note that a brief training period on day shift may be required as well.

What You'll Do:
- Equipment and Facility Maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on industrial machinery and equipment.
- New capital equipment installation projects.

What You Bring:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Industrial Maintenance or Technical coursework, preferred.
- Professional certifications are a plus.
- 5 years of hands-on experience in Facilities and Equipment Maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- Highly knowledgeable about various mechanical, hydraulic, compressed air, and plumbing systems.
- Proficient with the tools of the trade including core hand tools, power tools, welders, torches, multimeters, etc.
- Ability to accurately document equipment repairs, maintenance activities, and service records within a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
