Job Summary:
Belove It Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Relief DSP to join our team! As a Relief DSP, you will provide essential support to our clients and their families in Solon, OH. We are seeking a reliable and flexible individual who can work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one support to clients with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily living skills, medication management, and behavioral strategies
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with clients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client activities, progress, and any concerns
Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of new strategies and programs
Advocate for clients and their families to ensure their needs are met and their rights are respected
Collaborate with other DSPs, therapists, and medical providers to ensure high-quality care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
0-1 year of experience in the developmental disabilities field preferred
Ability to pass a background check and obtain required certifications
