(RN) REGERSTIRED NURSE OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Summary:
Belove It Care is seeking a dedicated and skilled Weekend RN or LPN to join our team in Wickliffe, OH. As a Weekend RN or LPN at Belove It Care, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and conducting treatments as ordered
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Monitor and report patient progress to the healthcare team, family members, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and medication administration
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and staff development
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless care transitions
- Prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet the needs of multiple patients and families
Requirements:
Current LPN licensure in the State of Ohio
Minimum of 0 years of experience as an LPN (new graduates welcome to apply!)
Ability to work a full-time schedule, including days, evenings, and weekends
Strong clinical skills, including medication administration, vital sign assessment, and wound care
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
