Job Description:
We are currently seeking a reliable, engaging, and active HPC Support Staff to provide in-home and community-based supports to an individual with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate will be someone who is proactive in encouraging participation in community activities and who can also offer structure and support within the home.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport the individual frequently within the community
- Physical ability to manage potential behavioral escalations safely
