Job Description:
We are seeking a reliable, engaging, and active HPC Support Staff to provide in-home and community-based support to an individual with developmental disabilities. The ideal candidate is someone who encourages participation in community activities and can provide structure and support within the home.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting individuals with behavioral challenges
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to transport the individual within the community as needed
