Drawer Technician
Purpose
To perform all aspects of drawer box technician in accordance with PCI quality and productivity standards. Formally responsible for providing input for improvements. Selecting material that meets quality standards. Deciding how to repair or replace defective product.
Key Responsibilities
Performs the required amount of work that will enable the team to meet the Finish Dept. weekly productivity requirements. Performs work in accordance with Finish Dept. accuracy standards. This includes:
- squareness, sizing, hardware installation, and machining operations.
- Performs work in accordance with drawer dept. finish prep standards.
- Assists other areas or departments as necessary.

To perform this job satisfactorily, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability, and environmental conditions required
- Read and understand a tape measure.
- Basic math skills.
Required Education/Experience
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
