What You’ll Do
- Assemble cabinet components using precision tools and industry-standard equipment.
- Inspect parts for quality, identify any surface or coating defects, and determine appropriate repair or rework steps.
- Meet daily and weekly production goals while maintaining strict quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members across your department to support production flow and improve overall assembly quality.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and your work area to ensure safety, efficiency, and product integrity.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value technicians who think critically and take ownership.
- Assist other areas or departments as needed to support overall production goals.

Qualifications:What You Bring
- Prior assembly experience, ideally in cabinetry, furniture, or a manufacturing setting, is a plus. However, your eagerness to learn and strong work ethic are what truly matter. We're committed to providing comprehensive training for the right candidate.
- Comfortable reading production schedules and job paperwork.
- Familiar with basic measurements and able to use a tape measure accurately.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Ability to safely use hand and power tools to assemble cabinet components and hardware.
- A good eye for detail, strong work ethic, and a team-first attitude.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
