Cabinet Design Assistant
Purpose
The purpose of this job is to support Stile and Rail Design Studio Sales Staff in the design, Administrative and Sales of Bellmont Cabinetry in a variety of applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Place orders, review job folders and contracts ensuring all necessary documents are included and accurate. Files to be stored in the designated area.
- Design and quote kitchen and bath projects for retail, new home construction and remodel construction.
- After the sale warranty and service order follow up.
- Occasional phone calls/customer drop in (retail, new home construction and remodel construction) which includes job site visits. The goal in mind is to build relationships with Stile and Rail Sales staff’s existing customers.
Attributes / Qualifications
- Working knowledge of 20-20 and Microsoft Office Suite. Required.
- A strong background in Bellmont Cabinet Co products. Preferred.
- A working knowledge of cabinet design. Preferred.
- Managing and directing showroom appointments and calls, being proactive in all areas. Required.
- Being flexible, ability to work well with others, and ability to always remain professional in all situations. Required.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail. Required.
- Highly self-motivated. Required.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills. Required.
