Purpose
We are seeking a motivated Replenisher to join our high-performing 1300 department. This role is ideal for individuals with forklift and/or warehouse experience who are eager to expand their skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will use a standing forklift to replenish inventory as materials are received and help maintain accurate stock levels throughout the department. Working with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organization, you’ll support production by ensuring materials are available and properly stored. In addition to forklift operation, you will assist with inventory counts, material organization, and other daily support tasks.
Who You Are
You’re a motivated Replenisher with experience safely handling, stocking, and organizing materials in a warehouse or production environment. You’re comfortable operating a standing forklift and using digital tools to update inventory and perform counts. Safety is a top priority for you, and you take pride in keeping materials accurately stocked and organized. What You’ll Do
- Safely operate a standing forklift to move and replenish inventory throughout the facility.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels by organizing materials and supporting cycle counts.
- Ensure materials are stored safely, correctly, and are available to support production.
- Use digital tools to update inventory and confirm material locations.
- Stock materials into designated locations as inventory is received.
- Maintain accuracy while meeting daily and weekly replenishment goals.
- Ensure equipment and work areas are maintained to promote safety and efficiency.
- Share ideas for improving processes and outcomes—we value team members who think critically and take ownership.
What You Bring
- Prior experience in a warehouse, inventory, or manufacturing role is a plus. A strong commitment to safety, along with a solid work ethic and eagerness to learn, is what matters most. Training is provided for the right candidate.
- Comfortable operating forklifts and other material handling equipment.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds alone; lifts over 50 pounds require team assistance.
- Able to use digital tools such as scanners and tablets to accurately track and update inventory.
- Strong attention to detail with a safety-focused, team-first mindset.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
