Bellflower Unified school district is seeking a passionate and energetic Elementary PE Teacher to join our team. The PE Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing a high-quality physical education program that promotes students’ physical fitness, health, and overall well-being. The teacher will teach at multiple sites throughout the district. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages active participation and lifelong healthy habits.
Requirements / Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education, Kinesiology, or a related field. - Certification: Valid California Teaching Credential in Physical Education and EL Authorization - Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of teaching experience in physical education preferred. - Skills: Strong classroom management and organizational skills. Ability to engage and motivate students of all skill levels. Knowledge of age-appropriate physical fitness activities and best teaching practices. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
