The Opportunity:
We are seeking a Chief Growth Officer to rebuild and modernize the marketing and growth function, refresh the brand, and drive membership expansion across younger and transitioning audiences. This role reports directly to the CEO and has authority to restructure and scale the Marketing and Sales teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and growth strategy to drive member acquisition and retention.
- Rebuild brand identity, messaging, and product tiers for subscription-based offerings.
- Lead digital marketing, paid media, social campaigns, and creative initiatives.
- Expand reach to younger demographics and members seeking gap coverage or alternatives to traditional insurance.
- Manage and develop the Director of Marketing, Director of Sales, and future team hires.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align marketing strategy with organizational goals.
- Oversee and optimize a $20–30M marketing budget, including vendor evaluation and ROI measurement.
Who You Are:
- Proven growth, marketing, and sales executive with experience scaling subscription-based or membership-driven businesses.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand strategy, creative development, and growth execution.
- Experienced in building high-performing teams and modern marketing structures.
- Comfortable partnering with visionary leadership in a faith-based environment.
- Willing to relocate or commute to Barberton, Ohio, with potential for hybrid work over time.
Nice to Have:
- Background in health care, insurance, or cost-sharing organizations.
- Experience in retention strategies, affinity programs, or member lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated success reversing stagnating or declining growth through innovative campaigns.
Salary : $180,000 - $200,000
