Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination across the team
- Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and records
- Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking processes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers
- Assist leadership with operational tasks and ad hoc administrative needs

Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership
