Overview

A growing, boutique firm operating within the legal and professional services space is seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support a small team of attorneys and leadership. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring the office runs efficiently while acting as a central point of coordination across the firm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and administrative functions
  • Manage scheduling, calendars, and internal coordination across the team
  • Maintain organized systems for files, documents, and records
  • Support billing, invoicing, and basic financial tracking processes
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and service providers
  • Assist leadership with operational tasks and ad hoc administrative needs
  • Help implement and improve internal processes and workflows


Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience in office management or administrative leadership
  • Experience within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, accounting, consulting) preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • High level of discretion and professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (flexible based on experience)
  • Potential for discretionary bonus
