Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated litigation attorney with 2-5 years of experience to join their Overland Park, Kansas office. This is a strong opportunity for a lawyer who wants to advance and deepen their litigation expertise in a collegial and supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:
- 2-5 years of litigation experience, ideally with a background and/or interest in insurance defense, healthcare negligence defense, or civil litigation
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Experience in handling all stages of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, hearings, and trials - or strong motivation to learn to do so from seasoned litigators
- A proactive, team-oriented approach and excellent communication skills
- Admitted to practice in Kansas or Missouri, and eligible to be admitted in both states [FOR WICHITA: Admitted to practice in Kansas, and eligible to be admitted in Missouri]
Salary : $100,000 - $115,000
