What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contract Attorney - Kansas Bar License position at National Litigation Law Group (NLLG)?
NLLG is seeking a Kansas licensed attorney for contract litigation defense work. Cases involve defense of consumers facing collection lawsuits - largely from credit card issuers. Contract attorneys can work remotely from anywhere and are paid competitive rates.
Some prior litigation experience is required, as is a desire to help regular people protect their rights against their creditors.
