Position Summar

yThis is a hands-on accounting leadership role ideal for an experienced Senior Accountant, Accounting Manager, or highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper who thrives in a small-business environment. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial accuracy and compliance, and support organizational leadership with financial reporting and analysis

.The position offers a unique opportunity to learn directly from the current CFO and gradually assume greater responsibility within the finance function

Key Responsibiliti

• esManage the company's day-to-day accounting operation
• s.Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and month-end close processe
• s.Prepare financial statements and management report
• s.Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial performanc
• e.Supervise and support the Accounts Payable Specialis
• t.Ensure compliance with accounting policies and internal control
• s.Assist with audits, tax preparation, and year-end reportin
• g.Support government contract accounting requirements and compliance initiative
• s.Maintain accurate job costing and cost accounting record
• s.Collaborate with company leadership on financial planning and operational decision
• s.Participate in the transition and succession of CFO responsibilities as neede
