We are seeking a volunteer Health and Wellness Partnership Liaison to research providers, conduct approved outreach, coordinate collaboration, and maintain clear referral-resource information without providing clinical advice or determining eligibility.
Responsibilities
- Research qualified health and wellness organizations, programs, service areas, accessibility, and public referral information
- Identify appropriate community-relations, program, or partnership contacts
- Conduct approved introductions and discovery conversations
- Document services, populations, costs, access requirements, limitations, and verification dates
- Coordinate partner onboarding, resource sharing, workshops, and follow-up
- Maintain accurate relationship and resource records
- Route clinical, crisis, eligibility, privacy, and participant-specific questions to authorized professionals
- Avoid diagnosis, treatment advice, provider endorsement, or guaranteed referrals
- Experience in public health, healthcare partnerships, behavioral health, wellness, disability services, social services, nonprofit outreach, or community engagement
- Strong research, professional communication, discretion, and documentation
- Understanding of privacy, licensing, crisis, clinical-boundary, and referral considerations
- Ability to verify information without representing Believe in Me as a healthcare provider
- Relevant credentials are welcome but do not expand role authorization
