This role reports directly to Clear Pest Pros leadership teams in both Florida and Michigan, ensuring smooth collaboration and consistent execution across regions.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide inbound customer and administrative support for Michigan operations
- Handle outbound communications, accounts receivable, and back-office support for Florida operations
- Maintain accurate records and reporting for leadership teams in both Michigan and Florida
- Participate in rotating on-call and emergency phone coverage with team members in Florida
- Provide occasional weekend coverage as needed
- Support new franchise owners with onboarding tasks and general administrative guidance
- Marketing & Local Engagement:
- Monitor local community events, shows, and grassroots advertising opportunities in Michigan
- Coordinate with leadership to execute local marketing initiatives
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (QBO) for invoicing, accounts receivable, and recordkeeping
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while coordinating across multiple states
- Problem-solving mindset and customer service orientation
