Clear Pest Pro (formerly Safer Home Services) is looking for a full-time pest control technician to join our growing team. You will be a part of the BELFOR Franchise Group team and have access to benefits and many opportunities for training.
A Service Technician will provide pest treatment for residential and commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations.
- Develop and implement pest control treatment plans using approved methods and products.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments safely and in accordance with regulations.
- Educate customers on pest prevention techniques and ongoing maintenance.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Assist with marketing in service area during down time.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary pest control certifications and licenses (training provided if needed).
- Must be able to work in all types of weather.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a schedule effectively.
- Physical ability to kneel, bend, climb, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is a plus but not required.
