Caregivers

Overnights Thursday to Sunday; Monday to Friday, 11 p.m.- 7 a.m

BeeHive Homes of Four Hills is currently seeking compassionate, experienced, and dependable caregivers who are committed to the standards, values, and beliefs of BeeHive Homes.

Located at 13450 Wenonah Ave SE, our home features 15 private rooms with full bathrooms, home-cooked meals, and engaging daily activities. Everything about BeeHive Homes is designed to create a warm, family-oriented environment that provides one of the most comfortable and home-like assisted living experiences available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum of one year of recent, consistent professional caregiver experience preferred
• Ability to pass a national background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to pass a Medication Technician exam (training provided)
• Basic computer skills

Position Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, person-centered care while maintaining each resident's dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:
• Bathing
• Dressing
• Transferring
• Toileting
• Continence care
• Eating
• Monitoring and documenting:
• Temperature
• Pulse
• Respirations
• Blood pressure
• Assisting with medication management in accordance with training and facility policies
• Preparing light meals and snacks
• Performing housekeeping and laundry duties
• Providing safety supervision and companionship
• Completing all required annual training
• Maintaining a positive, professional, and respectful attitude toward residents, families, visitors, and fellow team members

We are looking for someone who has demonstrated reliability and commitment in previous caregiving positions. Candidates with at least one year of recent, consistent employment as a professional caregiver are strongly preferred.
