Assisted Living Caregiver

Now hiring 3rd shift on Thursdays (11pm–7am) and every Saturday and Sunday for day or evening shifts.
We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to support residents in our assisted living community. This role involves assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, respectful environment. We are currently hiring part-time for 3rd shift and weekend day/evening shifts, with opportunities to pick up additional hours and PRN coverage during the week as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) like bathing, dressing, and mobility.
- Promote independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
- Uphold residents' rights, privacy, and dignity.
- Assist with meal service, ensuring food safety and hygiene.
- Engage residents in social and recreational activities.
- Collaborate with nursing and care staff for individualized support.
- Monitor and document residents’ health status and report concerns.
Qualifications:
- Experience in assisted living or senior care (preferred).
- Proficiency in ADLs and behavior management.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and infection control.
- CNA, CPR, or First Aid certification (preferred).
