We are seeking a highly skilled OB/GYN Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive outpatient care to women of all ages.
About the Position
This is a full-time contract role with the potential for extensions. The initial contract term is 3-6 months. Experience with Indian Health Services (IHS) or Tribal Health is preferred, but not required.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver routine women's health exams, prenatal/postnatal care, contraception counseling, and STI management.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecological issues.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care.
- Provide patient education on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation using electronic health record systems.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Certified Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN, Women's Health, or related field.
- Active, unrestricted license from any U.S. state or territory.
- Current DEA license.
- Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred).
- Proof of education (diploma or transcripts required).
