We are seeking an adventurous and compassionate OBGYN Nurse Practitioner to join our care team at the Uintah-Ouray Service Unit in Fort Duchesne, Utah.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
40 hours per week
No weekends or federal holidays
Contract Details:
Full-time 1099 Government Contractor Position
Initial 3-6 month contract with potential extensions
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive outpatient OB/GYN care to women of all ages
Perform routine women's health exams, prenatal/postnatal care, contraception counseling, and STI management
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic gynecological issues
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support continuity of care
Presume medications and order labs/imaging in accordance with IHS formulary
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EHR systems
Adhere to IHS protocols, infection control, and safety standards
Educate patients on wellness, disease prevention, and treatment plans
Support quality improvement and population health initiatives
Qualifications:
Certified Nurse Practitioner through AANP or ANCC
Minimum 2 years of experience in OB/GYN, Women's Health, or related field
Active, unrestricted license from any U.S. State or territory
Current DEA license
Current BLS certification (ACLS and PALS preferred)
Proof of education (diploma or transcripts required)
Must be a U.S. Citizen residing primarily in the United States
Must be willing to pass a federal background check
