In this role, you will play a vital part in our fast-paced Family Medical Clinic by managing patient billing, payments, and insurance claims, while also providing clinical and administrative support to healthcare professionals.
The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a medical office environment, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. They will be responsible for creating invoices for medical procedures, submitting insurance claims, following up on unpaid claims and denials, verifying patient insurance coverage and eligibility, maintaining accurate patient records, communicating with patients and insurance companies to resolve billing issues, and performing Medical Assistant duties under the supervision of a licensed healthcare provider.
