Job Overview
This position is responsible for assisting the day-to-day running of the grounds and snow removal teams. The successful candidate will help oversee the upkeep and maintenance of outdoor areas, working closely with the Base Operations Manager to fulfill the Grounds plan.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining lawns, gardens, trees, shrubs, and other landscaping features.
- Coordinating and scheduling daily tasks for the ground team to ensure efficient operations.
- Assisting with project planning and coordination, as well as training team members on equipment use and maintenance.
- Maintaining inventory levels and ordering replacement supplies as needed.
- Performing hands-on grounds maintenance work when required.
Leadership Responsibilities
- Leading a team of up to 10 Grounds maintenance team members, providing training and evaluating performance.
- Ensuring team members adhere to safety protocols and maintain high standards of work.
- Creating and maintaining records of maintenance activities and equipment usage.
