Job Summary:

">Schedule and Compensation:
">This position is available on a full-time basis, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The hourly rate for this role is between $28.00 and $31.00 per hour.
">Responsibilities:
">- Provide support to students in a 1:1 or general classroom setting
- Calmly communicate with children and adults
- Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
- Bend, crouch, and lift up to 40 pounds as needed
Requirements:
">- Instructionally eligible
- Experience in childcare or ABA
- Associate's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a school setting a plus
- Strong assessment skills
- Passion for supporting students' learning processes
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
