Job Overview
Beaver Concrete Construction is hiring several full-time Construction Laborers in the Chambersburg, PA area. This is a direct-hire, first-shift opportunity paying approximately $20–$24 per hour, with overtime, benefits, and the chance to join an established industry leader with a strong company culture.
Responsibilities
- Assist with general construction labor on active job sites
- Support concrete crews with pouring, forming, finishing, and other daily tasks
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Help with site preparation, cleanup, and material handling
- Load, unload, and move tools, equipment, and construction materials
- Follow directions from supervisors and work closely with the crew
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Complete physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction or concrete experience
- Concrete finishing experience is highly preferred
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Dependable, hardworking, and comfortable performing physical labor
- Able to work first shift and overtime as needed
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
