- Compensation: $1,200–$1,300 per week. After‑training pay: $0.43–$0.57 per mile (sliding scale). Experienced pay: $0.50–$0.71 per mile. Training pay (drivers with under 6 months’ experience): $680 per week during a 4–6 week OTR training period. Monthly safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile.

- Schedule & miles: Western 14‑state regional lanes, approximately 2,300 miles per week on average. Bi‑weekly home time with at least a 34‑hour reset at home (may occur weekly or every two weeks).
