Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, for regional runs west of the Mississippi. This role offers structured over‑the‑road training, predictable schedules, and an emphasis on safety and on‑time delivery.
Primary responsibilities: Safely operate 53' dry van tractors and trailers; complete scheduled regional deliveries; maintain accurate ELD/logbook records; perform drop‑and‑hook and occasional live load/unload; conduct pre‑ and post‑trip inspections; communicate professionally with dispatch and customers. Compensation & incentives: $1,000–$1,100 Weekly Pay (experience dependent). Per‑mile pay after training $0.43–$0.57 (experienced drivers commonly $0.50–$0.71/mi). Training pay ~ $680/week for drivers with <6 months’ experience. Monthly safety/fuel bonus up to $0.06/mi for qualifying drivers. Schedule & miles: Regional lanes west of the Mississippi; typical weekly miles ~1,800–2,000. Bi‑weekly home time with a 34‑hour reset; day or night shifts as required. Freight & equipment: 100% no‑touch dry van freight (majority drop‑and‑hook); 53' dry vans. Training & benefits: OTR mentorship for recent graduates (new drivers run with a trainer, typically 4–6 weeks for those with <6 months’ experience). Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days. Minimum qualifications: Valid Class A CDL; age 21 for interstate operations. Recent grads: completion of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours). Reasonably clean driving record; no DUI within five years.
