Beast Mode Truckin seeks Class A CDL drivers, including recent graduates, to operate company‑provided 53' dry vans on dedicated Mid East regional lanes.

- $1,200–$1,400 per week; $0.56–$0.60 per mile.
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during a 4–6 week OTR training period for drivers with under 6 months’ experience.
- $15 stop pay and a monthly safety bonus up to $0.06 per mile.
- Medical, dental, 401(k), and paid time off available after 30 days.
- Dedicated Mid East regional lanes; approximately 1,800 miles per week on average.
- Weekly home time; day or night shifts as assigned.
- Safely operate 53' dry van tractors on assigned regional routes.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections and basic vehicle care.
- Transport primarily no‑touch, drop‑and‑hook freight; occasional live load/unload duties may occur.
- Maintain accurate ELD or paper logs and comply with Hours‑of‑Service and federal regulations.
- Follow company safety procedures and participate in required training and coaching.
- Valid Class A CDL; minimum age 21.
- Graduation from an accredited truck driving school (≥120 hours) required; recent graduates encouraged and exempt from a 10‑year employment history requirement.
- Reasonably clean driving record (no major accidents, major violations, suspensions, or DUI within five years).
- Able to pass pre‑employment urine and hair drug screens and required background checks; no involuntary termination for safety reasons.
- Paid OTR training with a trainer (4–6 weeks for drivers with under 6 months’ experience).
- Structured onboarding and ongoing safety coaching for regional operations.
