Job Purpose:
- The Notcher Operator-BFP Cutstock at The Beasley Group is responsible for operating and maintaining notching machinery to ensure the efficient and precise cutting of wood materials. This role plays a critical part in the production process, ensuring that cutstock meets quality standards and production targets within the industrial sector.
Pay - is Hourly based on 12 hour shifts with a 6 day work week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate notching machines to cut wood materials according to specified dimensions and quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Monitor the production process to ensure efficiency and adherence to production schedules.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary adjustments to machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize production processes and resolve any operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Required Experience:
- Previous experience operating industrial machinery, specifically notching equipment.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting, preferably within the wood processing industry.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and procedures in an industrial environment.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on notching machinery.

Salary : $47,320 - $72,800
