Job Purpose:
- The purpose of the Utility Fill In Rover at The Beasley Group is to help out all over the mill by working in different positions. You'll be cleaning up, helping machine operators, and building and putting together mats when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Move around the mill to fill in various roles as needed.
- Assist machine operators by providing support and ensuring smooth operations.
- Clean up work areas to maintain a safe and tidy environment.
- Build and assemble mats as required.
- Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient mill operations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Position Offers:
Is paid Hourly, approx 60 hours a week with overtime pay. Monday- Friday with occasional weekends.
Night offers a shift differential with a potential option for Pacesetter incentives

Qualifications:Required Education:
- High school diploma or GED
Preferred Education:
- GED or high school diploma
Required Experience:
- Experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with basic tools and equipment used in a sawmill or similar setting
- Previous experience in a physically demanding role
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Basic mechanical skills to assist machine operators
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
- Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors
Other
Qualifications:
GED or High-School diploma preferred
Ability to read and write in English
Communicate in English
Familiar with Basic OSHA safety standards for LOTO and other production environment regulations
Willining to work 12-hour shifts 5 days a week.
Willing to work in hot and cold temperatures as needed.
Arrive for work on time and ready to work with all required PPE
The ability to use a cellphone only during shifts in an emergency, or on break time away from the production environment.
Willing to learn and work well with others.
